CHILDRENS ACTIVITY WORKSHOP - CAMPS BAY





  • NB-New dates!! KIDZ DISCOVERY extremely popular Crafty Winter Holiday Club program will be offered Monday to Friday mornings from 24 June until 11 July 2011. The structured fun morning program from 9h30 to 12h30 include funky arts & crafts, baking, face painting, dress up, fabulous role imaginative play, clambering on fun climbing walls & jungle gym, fun play houses, cars galore, crazy dancing, story time & more for 3 to 7 year olds. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays more suitable for older children. Cost R120 per morning (5 + bookings discounted as well as younger siblings). Tuesdays and Thursdays ideal for 2 to 4 year olds at a lower rate from 9h30 to 12. Pre-Bookings essential for all holiday clubs.
  • NEW addition: Also fun Pop-In&-Play for momswith younger children offered during mornings on 20 – 22nd June from 10am until 12 and for Tinies (12 to 18 month olds) on Thursday afternoon 30 June from 2 to 4pm.   • KIDZ DISCOVERY new Term 3 enrolments for mothers with babies / toddlers & BrightStart pre-school preparedness classes open now. Registration at Kidz Discovery, The Drive (opposite #21), Camps Bay between 9am and 10h30 on THURSDAY 23 June. Please email details to info@kidzdiscovery.co.za as soon as possible and discuss age-appropriate class options by calling Kathy on 0836542494. BrightStart Crafts for 3,5 to 5 year olds and multi-medium Art classes for 6 to 12 year olds also on offer.
  • Kidz Discovery is hosting another FIRST AID course Thursday afternoon 23 June from 2pm until 5pm at Kidz Discovery The Drive, Camps Bay. Essential for parents and staff to refresh every 2 years. Course will be run by Safekids at Kidz Discovery and costs R300. Some spaces left. Please call Kathy on 0836542494.
  • Our next Open Market Day – mega kiddies book sale will take place on 30 July 2011 from 10 until 2pm – excellent selection of great value books on sale by Travelling Bookshop plus other great gift ideas
  • SABC3's New morning Expresso show screended 2 of our exciting art projects. You can watch them by scrolling down on our events page and clicking onto the icons.
  • THANK YOU so much Warren & Candy Kilborn from UBS (Unlimited Building Supplies) for your generosity in providing high quality ceiling panels and for getting Andrew Jones (from Andrew's Ceilings & Partitioning) to do a superb job in repairing damaged panels to our ceiling from the bad weather we have experienced! These guys are so professional.

To Liza and Michael Robertson sincerest thanks for your unbelievable support and sponsorship of my daughter's Science and Cultural Exchange to USA in April and May this year.   • We support Colleen's Place of Hope in Mitchell's Plain. They look after 30 children and are in need of assistance if you can help! Thanks to those who have donated food, clothing and toys. Our next play date with them will be 18 November and then 11 December. They are desperate for more space and want to build 2 more rooms. If you wish to help their bank details are:
